The Hardware solution relys on the VOIP Phone adapter, a small device the size of a deck of cards, that connects your regular phone to your high speed internet modem or router. The VOIP Phone adapter arrives at your door pre-configured to immediately plug in and use. (VOIP Phone adapter has your VOIP phone number, username and password pre-configured, and is set to DHCP. Instructions are included to support static IP setups.)

The Software solution uses the IP Mobile Softphone, a Free download that you install onto your Laptop or PC. Using your high speed internet connection the software turns your computer (with a headset or speakers and microphone) into a telephone. The IP Mobile Softphone has all the technical settings pre-configured. All you have to do to get started is enter the username and password that you receive when you sign up.
